Fit Body Boot Camp

A really really great place. I love all the great coaches, and the workouts are great. I love that it's 30 min and your done. So excited to start the challenge hopefully get healthier. it is expensive but really for what you get it is responsible. You really feel like it's a family a fit family. I have only been going for about 2 weeks and I have learned more about working out then I have my whole life.

I love the different workouts and the timer for most of them! The pad is great and the instructors are great at providing modifications if needed. They are organized and do not judge!

I am in love with this gym! The trainers are so awesome and helpful, and the members are all so welcoming. I've been here for a month and I already feel like family. I've been at other gyms for years and still felt like a stranger. To add, I've lost a total of 10lbs in the last month of being here and I feel better than ever. After my injury I found it difficult to find a gym to accommodate, and this one does! I highly recommend.

This place is amazing. Coaches are super friendly and willing to work with you. The people you work out with are normal every day people that want to live a healthier lifestyle. It’s a 30 min workout so it doesn’t take all day but can give you the same feeling of doing a full body. You are the once that challenges you. There’s no pressure. There’s modification for exercises you cannot physically do. No one is watching what you are doing but the coaches to make sure you don’t hurt you self. It’s like personally training for a fraction of the cost.

Great gym for all ages with awesome knowledgeable coaches. The wide variety of class times makes it easy to fit in a quick workout any time of the day.
